olga-muller-obs-200Get an overview of the Ulysses Festival 2012, Charlotte's first spring arts festival. The inaugural season’s theme is Tchaikovsky and the Majesty of Russia. It features events at a number of museums and performance venues, as well as collaborations between arts groups such as the Charlotte Symphony, Opera Carolina and NC Dance Theater. WDAV's Sam Van Hallgren talks to Janine Bryant, Olga Muller of the United Communities Association, and violinist Elina Lev of the Charlotte Symphony to get a feel for some of the early festival offerings such as Community Day at the Levine Museum of the New South and to learn about the Russian community in Charlotte.
