Ken Lam leads the Brevard Music Center Orchestra in a performance featuring one of Rimsky-Korsakov's most popular works--Scheherezade. Instantly recognizable by its opening violin solo, Scheherezade has become a favorite of audiences and performers alike. The evening will also feature classical rising star violinist Bella Hristova performing Max Bruch's Violin Concerto, a piece which has earned its own place as a staple of the orchestral repertoire.
